Objective: Refresh front doors experience, of $8B business, that became inconsistent over time. Create a remarkable, mobile responsive, and accessibility compliant experience that can scale to in-house marketer needs for experimentation and growth, while delivering on multifaceted customer needs. 

Requirements: Reduce bounce rate, funnel optimization, and increase conversion for “non-accountant led” traffic.

Results: Increased new customer growth over target. Delivered a compelling experience that was used as a catalyst for redesigning the product experience.
