1 oz lime juice (1 lime) 2 oz silver tequila (consider pepper infused tequila) 5-6 oz ginger beer or ginger ale 2-3 mint leaves (muddle in cup) 1-2 lemon wedges (squeeze in cup)
Pour lime juice into a Collins glass or copper mug. Add mint leaves. Squeeze the lemon wedges into the cup and drop it in. Add 4 or 5 ice cubes, pour in tequila, and then top with cold ginger beer. Stir, and muddle the leaves, then serve!
